Chevron Charcuterie Board

A 45° chevron pattern in kosipo, hard maple and cherry, framed by cherry, kosipo and maple border strips. Each board is cut, glued, flattened and finished with mineral oil by hand in my shop in Pennington, NJ. It's big enough for a full cheese and charcuterie spread and good-looking enough to leave out on the counter.

This design was first made as a custom corporate holiday order of 25 boards.

Care: Hand wash and dry right away. Don't soak it or put it in the dishwasher. Rub on a coat of mineral oil now and then to keep it looking new.
