Figured Ash Bowl, 6”

Hand-turned shallow bowl in highly figured ash, cut from locally sourced hardwood. The quartersawn face shows dramatic ray fleck and a rippling fiddleback shimmer that shifts as the light moves across it. No two boards figure like this, and no two bowls come out the same.

The low, open form keeps the figure front and center. It works as a catch-all on a desk or entry table, a key and watch tray, or a small fruit and snack bowl. Finished with a food-safe wax and buffed to a soft luster.

Roughly 6” across and 2” tall. Signed, dated, and branded on the base. One of a kind.

Hand wash and dry. Keep it out of the dishwasher and away from standing water.
